How warmth works

Insulation you wear.

A thermal layer does not make heat — it keeps yours. The brushed inner face raises thousands of tiny fibre loops that hold a cushion of body-warmed air, while the knit face blocks wind-chill and carries moisture out so the warmth stays dry.

Air is the insulator

Still air trapped in the brushed loops is what actually insulates — more loft, more warmth, no added weight.

Dry means warm

Wet fabric steals heat 25 times faster. The knit wicks moisture off the skin before it can chill you.

Flatlock, no ridges

Flatlock seams lie flat under every layer above — no pressure lines, no chafe on long cold days.

Cross-section — what winter meets

Cold air / wind
Knit face — wind block
Brushed loops — trapped warm air
Skin — dry and warm

Layer 01: 200 gsm next to skin. Layer 02: 260 gsm heavy brushed worn over it for deep cold.

FAQ

Cold questions, warm answers.

What actually makes a thermal layer warm?

Trapped air. The brushed inner face raises thousands of tiny fibre loops that hold a cushion of still air warmed by the body — insulation you wear. The knit face then blocks wind-chill and moves moisture out so the warmth stays dry.

What is your minimum order quantity?

500 pieces per style per colour with sizes mixed freely. Tops, bottoms and sets can be combined in one production window to reach better price steps.

Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes — private label is our core business. Your neck labels, waistband prints, hangtags and boxed set packaging are produced in-house from your artwork.

Which fabrics and weights do you offer?

Layer 01 runs at 200 gsm brushed knit for next-to-skin wear; Layer 02 at 260 gsm heavy brushed for the mid layer. Compositions include poly-viscose-elastane and cotton-rich options, all OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified.

Do you produce sets with retail packaging?

Yes — top and bottom sets are our most ordered format. We fold, bag or box them retail-ready with your branding, barcoded for shelf or e-commerce.

What are your lead times and export markets?

Samples in 10 to 14 days, bulk in 4 to 6 weeks after approval. We ship EXW, FOB İstanbul or DDP to more than 30 countries — samples by DHL or UPS.
